I have several of these for personal use and ordered a large amount for our golf team. They are warm, stretchy, and breathable. The buttons are kind of just for show, as the neckline is small to begin with. If you want a little more room or adjustability up top, go with the Van Dyke. Shipping took much longer than usual as part of the Memorial Day sale, but eventuly got them a few weeks after the order.
