Why You Should Join The Swannies Crew At An Upcoming Event
In case you subconsciously closed out of the pop-up when you pulled up this article, let me fill you in. Our team is raising seed funding through a cool equity crowdfunding platform called SeedInvest, which allows anyone to invest in Swannies (investments starting as low as $500!!). The money will be used to expand our presence nationally and continue creating fresh content, apparel, and fun times. We're in over 100 pro shops nationwide and are on pace to be in 350 by the end of the year! We’re hosting a couple awesome events that we’re super excited about and encourage anyone with an interest in grabbing a stake in the Swannies story to attend. Here’s what’s happening:
Where: TopGolf (Chicago, IL)
When: Friday, March 31st
What’s happening: Coach Rusty. Topgolf. Investors. Food. Booze. So much more. Did we just say Coach Rusty? Seriously though, do we need to say anything else? He will be there to make me look like even more of a scrub than I already am. If you look at Coach’s Instagram, I’m slightly concerned that he might literally live at the Topgolf. The bartender told me she caught him sleeping in the range picker last week, but I digress. Maybe we can try to talk him into leaving his dwelling for a night on the town after the event…
If you’ve never been to a Topgolf, you need to prioritize this event. Even if you can’t swing a golf club, you’re going to have a good time there. Seriously, it’s a no judgment zone when it comes to skill level and makes the game more inviting, which we’re all about. Side note: it also makes it even easier to get drunk while golfing, which once again, we’re all about.

When: Saturday, April 15th
Where: Can Can Wonderland (Minneapolis, MN)
What’s happening: Mini golf, candy, the best drink menu in the cities, and TAX DAY!?! Am I the only one noticing a pattern here? Maybe it’s because our personalities are so insufferable that we know we must have booze at our events for people to show up, idk, let me know, seriously, I need to figure out why I don’t have any friends. *Wipes tear away from eye*.
The menu features gems like the “Happy Birthday!!!!!!”, which includes a concoction of birthday cake flavored vodkas, because apparently multiple companies thought that’d be a good idea. Upon ordering this drink they will shamelessly pretend it’s your birthday – complete with a full rendition of the song at the top of their lungs – for the rest of the night. The entire menu is just as out of control. I seriously can’t decide what I’m going to get, so I’ll likely order one of everything and end up in Can’t Can’t Even Stand Wonderland (new drink idea?).
