Returns & Exchanges

-Returns/Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase if the items are unwashed, unworn and still have the original tags attached. 

-To start your return, click here or email customerservice@swannies.co. We will respond within 24 hours Monday – Friday.

-Swannies will provide a free return label and when the item has been received by the warehouse, the refund or exchange will be processed.

Swannies is not...

  • able to process returns or exchanges from outside vendors or event programs. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or returning the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order through our website.
  •  responsible for any lost, stolen or miss addressed deliveries. These requests will not be fulfilled, and any dispute should be placed with the carrier service. 
  • able to process returns & exchanges outside of the US at this time

Don’t forget the Swannies branded poly mailers and boxes are RESUABLE so please try and use them for any return you may have!
