Since 2015 when we were founded, Swannies has always had a laid back approach to the game. We attracted a passionate audience through our simple statement "golf should be fun." One golf shop at a time, we channeled the brand into a collection of fun and affordable styles. We are now a go-to modern brand for golfers who want to look good regardless of where they’re playing (or how well).

 

Swannies is growing fast, and we’re always looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join our Sales Team. With new territories popping up, it’s a great time to jump in and be part of the ride!

Territory Sales Representative - New England

We're looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to own and grow the New England market.

You'll be the face of Swannies across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine — building strong partnerships with green grass accounts and independent retailers while opening new doors across one of the most historic golf regions in the country. The ideal candidate:

  • Has 2+ years in outside sales and a genuine passion for golf
  • Is a natural relationship-builder who enjoys being in the field
  • Takes initiative and manages their time well without being micromanaged
  • Is comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
  • Is based in the Greater Boston area and open to up to 75% travel across the territory
  • Has existing relationships in the regional golf market (a big plus)

Territory Sales Professional - MD/VA/WVA

You’ll be the face of Swannies across LA, Orange County, and San Diego—building strong partnerships with green grass accounts and independent retailers while opening new doors across one of the most golf-dense regions in the country. The ideal candidate:

  • Has 2+ years in outside sales and a genuine passion for golf
  • Is a natural relationship-builder who enjoys being in the field
  • Takes initiative and manages their time well without being micromanaged
  • Is comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
  • Is based in Houston and open to up to 75% travel across the territory
  • Has existing relationships in the regional golf market (a big plus)
