Loved the design and overall fit, but the look was just too tall and boxy for my liking. It felt like a Men’s hat with a ponytail hole in the back. I wanted it to work so bad, but it didn’t for my head shape.

I like the lightweight fabric and that it is adjustable with room for a ponytail. Wish it came in other colors.
I ordered a Myla Hat for a specific trip. The hat that arrived was NOT what I ordered and after customer service acknowledged they sent the wrong hat, the solution was for me to drive to a delivery location to return. Why do companies feel the customer should be inconvenienced when the company makes the error?
