Product Not as Advertised, no Follow Up from Swannies

When I ordered my shirt the Swannies website showed the LIV 'L' on the collar of the shirt I ordered. I actually ordered this shirt for this reasons. I wanted the 'L' on the collar. When my shirt arrived it did not have the 'L'. I followed up with Swannies via customer support on their website and no one contacted me.

Love the quality and goat pattern design of this Range Goats / Swannie Polo. However, I’m forced to only give 4 stars on this one because of the misleading description and photo. Polo is advertised as black and the goat logo looks magenta in the photo. This shirt is definitely not black and magenta. It is a solid grey/charcoal color and the pink is a faded fuchsia color as opposed to magenta. Wish the polo looked more like the first photo advertised but I still like it!
